12 cl Pineapple juice
6 spsk Sweet and sour
3 spsk Light rum
3 spsk Gold rum
3 spsk Orange Curacao
2 spsk Dark rum
Crushed Ice
Mix first 6 ingredients in pitcher.
Fill glasses with ice.
Pour rum mixture over.
Garnish with pineapple wedges, if desired.
This recipe was created by Mr. Kono, one of the original bartenders at Kona Village Resort in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. We saw the recipe in Bon Appetit, tried it, loved it, went to Hawaii to try one in person, have returned to Kona Village every year since!
